摘　　要：经贸合作是两岸关系和平发展、融合发展的重要动力。在中美贸易博弈加剧、新一轮科技革命兴起、经济全球化加速演变等多重因素叠加影响下,两岸双向投资和贸易合作呈现新变化,出现投资流量减少、台商赴陆投资区域收缩集中、在陆台企利润率中低情况居多、两岸贸易摩擦增加等短期波动现象。但内地始终牢牢把握两岸关系主导权和主动权,促进两岸经贸关系稳健发展,两岸经贸交流合作向好态势并未改变。面对人为制造“脱钩断链”,内地提升对两岸供应链演变的话语权,构建两岸与第三地新的利益联结,不断推动恢复、扩大两岸经济交流合作。虽然百年变局加速演进,美台勾连致使不确定性加大,但两岸经贸合作将在内地主导下进入提质增效阶段,两岸供应链数字化转型与建构数字化供应链步伐加快,持续清除种种不合理障碍势在必行。Economic and trade cooperation is an important driving force for the peaceful and integrated development of cross-Strait relations.The two-way investment and trade cooperation between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait have taken on new changes under the combined influence of many factors,such as the intensified China-US trade game,the rise of a new round of scientific and technological revolution,and the accelerated evolution of economic globalization.There are some short-term fluctuations,such as the decrease of investment flow,the concentration and contraction of Taiwan businessmen's investment in China,the low and middle profit margins of Taiwan enterprises in China,and the increase of cross-Strait trade friction.However,the mainland always firmly grasp the leading and initiative of cross-Strait relations and promote the sound development of cross-Strait economic and trade relations.The positive trend of cross-Strait economic and trade exchanges and cooperation has not changed.In the face of the deliberate"decoupling and breaking of the chain",the mainland has raised its voice in the evolution of the cross-Strait supply chain,constructed a new interest link between the two sides and the third place,and constantly promoted the resumption and expansion of cross-Strait economic exchanges and cooperation.Although the evolution of the century-old changes has accelerated and uncertainty has increased due to the collusion between the United States and Taiwan,cross-Strait economic and trade cooperation will enter a stage of quality improvement and efficiency enhancement under the leadership of the mainland.Cross-Strait supply chain digital transformation and construction of digital supply chain are speeding up.It is imperative to continuously remove all kinds of unreasonable obstacles.
