贵州省林木种苗产业现状及发展对策探讨

摘　　要：“十三五”期间,贵州省林木种苗产业取得较好发展,种质资源得到较好保护、良种选育稳步提高、生产能力逐步增强。由于林木育种受人才、资金、政策、技术等方面的影响,不能很好适应林业产业发展的需要。为了促进林木种苗产业持续健康快速发展,本文从经费投入、团队建设、种苗繁育、种质资源开发利用、加强组织协调、完善种苗生产供应体系等方面提出了发展对策,为贵州省今后林木种苗产业发展提供参考。During the 13th Five-Year Plan period,the forest seedling industry in Guizhou Province has achieved a good development,with certain protection of germplasm resources,steady improvement of improved variety breeding and gradual enhancement of production capacity.Affected by talents,funds,policies and technologies,forest breeding cannot well adapt to the needs of forestry industry development.The development countermeasures were put forward in terms of financial investment,team building,seedling breeding,germplasm resource exploitation and utilization,strengthening of organizational coordination,and improvement of seedling production and supply system,which could provide references for the future development of forest seedling industry in Guizhou Province.
