摘 要:本文对用于高温气冷堆中间换热器的两种异型管(横纹管和螺纹管)强化传热性能及其机理进行了三维数值模拟研究。结果表明:当无量纲波纹高度(e/d)和无量纲波纹间距(p/d)相同时,横纹管具有更好的强化换热性能,努塞尔数最高提升了85%;而螺纹管则具有更好的综合性能,PEC最高可达1.08。两种异型管的强化换热机理在于波纹增强了管内流体的湍流脉动,且横纹管对流体湍流脉动的增强更为有效。In the present study,the enhanced heat transfer performance and mechanism of two types of special-shaped tubes(transversely corrugated tubes and helically corrugated tubes)used in the intermediate heat exchanger of a high temperature gas-cooled reactor are investigated using three-dimensional numerical simulations.The results show that when the dimensionless corrugation height(e/d)and dimensionless corrugation pitch(p/d)are the same,the transversely corrugated tubes have better enhanced heat transfer performance,the Nusselt number is increased by up to 85%;The helically corrugated tubes have better comprehensive performance,the PEC is up to 1.08.The enhanced heat transfer mechanism of the two special-shaped tubes is that the corrugation enhances the turbulent pulsation of the fluid,and the enhancement effect of the transversely corrugated tube is more effective.
