摘　　要：随着国家对高校开展有组织的科研日益重视,地方综合性大学如何发挥综合优势特色,聚焦国家战略开展有组织的科研成为其推进自身建设和高质量发展的关键问题。文章从分析高校开展有组织科研的重要意义出发,深入剖析了当前地方性高校实施有组织科研所面临的困境,分别从学科领域聚焦、科研组织模式改革、科研机构建设、加快科技成果转化和科研评价机制优化等方面,面向地方综合性高水平研究型大学实施有组织科研提出了相关路径和对策,以期为地方综合性大学有效开展有组织的科研提供有益参考。With the increasing emphasis on organized scientific research in universities by the country,how local comprehensive universities can leverage their comprehensive advantages and characteristics,and focus on national strategies to carry out organized scientific research,has become a key issue for promoting their own construction and high-quality development.Based on the analysis of the significance of organizing scientific research in colleges and universities,this paper deeply analyzes the difficulties faced by the current local colleges and universities in implementing organized scientific research,and puts forward relevant paths and countermeasures for the implementation of organized scientific research in local comprehensive high-level research university from the aspects of discipline focus,reform of scientific research organization mode,construction of scientific research institutions,accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and optimization of scientific research evaluation mechanism,to provide useful references for local comprehensive universities to effectively carry out organized scientific research.
