摘  要:该文分析了鄱阳湖湿地土壤节肢动物群落特征和土壤主要性质之间的相互关系,探索了土壤环境因子与土壤节肢动物之间的相互作用.在鄱阳湖枯水期湿地出露时,采用手拣法、改良干漏斗法(modified tullgren)和湿漏斗法(baermann)对3种典型湿地生境类型的土壤节肢动物群落进行调查,并对土壤主要性质进行分析.研究结果表明:在研究时段内共收集到湿地土壤节肢动物2047头,隶属3纲5目3亚目15科,共18类,其中大型土壤节肢动物种类较多;在不同湿地生境类型内的土壤含水量、有机碳、全氮和全磷含量差异极显著(P<0.01),在不同水位下的土壤温度、pH值和碳氮比差异极显著(P<0.01),有机碳含量差异显著(P<0.05).Pearson相关分析表明:土壤节肢动物个体数与土壤含水量、土壤有机碳、全氮、全磷和碳氮比存在显著的正相关关系;类群数与土壤温度和pH值存在显著的正相关关系;大型土壤节肢动物Shannon-Wiener指数和Pielou指数与土壤温度、pH值呈极显著的正相关关系(P<0.01),与碳氮比呈显著的负相关关系(P<0.05);中小型土壤节肢动物Shannon-Wiener指数与土壤全磷含量呈显著的正相关关系(P<0.05).冗余分析表明:土壤有机碳和土壤温度是影响鄱阳湖湿地在枯水期时土壤节肢动物类群组成和分布的主要环境因子.The relationship between the characteristic of soil arthropods community and soil properties in the Poyang Lake region wetland is studied to elucidate the effect of soil environment on soil arthropods community.Using hand-sorting,modified Tullgren and Baermann′s methods,the soil arthropods are collected from three habitats of Poyang Lake wetland in the dry season,and the physic and chemistry character of the soil is also analyzed.A total of 2047 individuals are collected,which belonged to three classes,five orders,three suborders and 15 families.The groups of soil macro-arthropod are collected more than soil meso-and micro-arthropod.Soil moisture,organic carbon,total nitrogen and total phosphorus content are significantly differences in different habitats(P<0.01).Soil temperature,pH,C/N ratio and organic carbon content are significantly different under different water levels of Poyang Lake(P<0.05).The soil arthropod individuals have a significant positive correlation with soil moisture,organic carbon,total nitrogen,total phosphorus and C/N ratio.Groups have a significant positive correlation with soil temperature and pH.Shannon diversity index and Pielou index of soil macro-arthropod have significant positive correlation with soil temperature and pH,negative correlation with C/N ratio.Shannon diversity index of soil meso-and micro-arthropod has a positive correlation with soil total phosphorus content.Furthermore,the spatial distribution of soil arthropod community in the dry reason of Poyang Lake wetland is significantly affected by soil organic carbon and soil temperature.
