摘　　要：黑龙江经济的全面振兴关系到二十大所提出的地区经济发展战略的落实。在双循环发展格局视野下,探索黑龙江经济的衰退机理,是实现黑龙江全面振兴的必然途径,为黑龙江经济的发展带来了新的重大战略转机。黑龙江应通过扩大内需,建立一个具有良好竞争秩序的地区大市场,通过发挥自身优势,整合本地区产业链、价值链,培育技术创新生态,重构技术与市场的互动形态,实现区域经济与国际经济的接轨。这是黑龙江在“双循环”发展模式下,实现全面振兴根本的逻辑。The comprehensive revitalization of Heilongjiang economy matters the implementation of the regional economic development strategy proposed by the 20 National Congress.In the view of the double-cycle development pattern,it is necessary to explore the recession mechanism of Heilongjiang’s economy,which is an inevitable way to realize the comprehensive revitalization of Heilongjiang,and will bring a new strategic turning point for promoting the economic development in Heilongjiang province.Therefore,Heilongjiang should establish a large regional market with good competition order by expanding domestic demands,give full play to its own advantages by integrating the industrial chain and value chain of the region,cultivate technology innovation ecology,reconstruct the interactive form involving technology and market,and realize the integration of regional economy and international economy.This is the fundamental logic for Heilongjiang to achieve all-round revitalization under the“double cycle”development model.
