摘 要:新时代林业高等教育对教育体系、方法和路径的创新发展形成了新林科,林业“双一流”特色学科的发展急需新工科的横断性协同与支撑。依托林业“双一流学科”以计算机类新工科为例,面向“AI+”,从人才培养模式上构建智能学习(Intelligence)、多元发展(Pluralistic)、贯通培养(Through),“三位一体”的“IPT”创新人才培养模式,将“5A”内涵智能学习观念的树立、“4能”多元途径学科研究方向团队的组建、“3通”协同课程体系的构建问题结成一体,明确可服务“双一流”特色学科的新工科OBE导向和目标,设计相应的实施计划、途径和方法。Forestry higher education in the new era has formed a new forestry discipline with innovative development of education system,methods and paths,and the development of forestry“double fi rst-class”characteristic disciplines needs the cross-sectional synergy and support of the new engineering discipline.The study takes the new engineering discipline of computer science as an example,facing“AI+”,and proposes the“Trinity”innovative talent model involving“Intelligent”,“Pluralistic”and“Through”,which is known as the“IPT”.The innovative talent model can be constructed by establishing“5-A”learning concept of connotation intelligent,forming a team of disciplinary research direction in multiple approaches with“4-Abilities”,and constructing“3-Pass”collaborative curriculum system.Therefore,corresponding implementation plans,methods and approaches can be designed after defi ning the OBE orientation and objectives of the new engineering discipline that serve the“double world-class”characteristic disciplines.
