摘  要:大型发电机定子铁芯由硅钢片热压叠装而成,发电机运行时,定子端部铁芯由于受到交变电磁力的作用,容易产生振动,因此通常将发电机端部一定厚度的铁芯设计成粘结一体的结构,以抵御电磁振动对铁芯的损害。本文针对新一代百万千瓦等级核电发电机的铁芯结构和热压工艺,开发了一种水性环氧树脂粘结剂,对其性能进行了研究,并成功将其应用于铁芯端部粘结。相比于传统的环氧粘结剂,该应用在提升了定子铁芯压装效率的同时,也显著提升了环境、健康、安全(EHS)水平。The stator core of large generator is assembled and hot pressed by silicon steel.When the generator is running,the end stator core will be prone to vibration due to the alternating electromagnetic forces.Therefore,the end core is usually designed as an integrated structure to prevent the damage by electromagnetic vibration.In this paper,a kind of aqueous epoxy resin adhesive was developed for the new generation of 1000MW nuclear power generator in order to improve core assembly process.The properties of the new adhesive were studied,and the adhesive was successfully applied to the end core bonding.Compared with the traditional solvent-based epoxy resin adhesive,the application not only improves the efficiency of stator core pressing,but also significantly improves the environment,health,and safety(EHS)status.
