摘 要:针对目前非穿越式发射线圈与接收线圈间隔较远,引信难以拾取处于炮口电离噪声之中装定信号,另外接收信号在炮口会有信号倒向问题,导致接收窗口是分裂的。最后引信高速运动使其感应到的信号幅度变化较大。针对这些问题,首先建立感应装定理论及模拟线圈运动路径,分析了感应窗口内的磁场不均匀性、信号波形具有包络不等幅度,通过调节角度参数的新方法对系统传输性能的变化及装定窗口的调整、以增加均匀性变化规律。理论仿真及试验结果表明:随着调节线圈角度变大,系统传输性能下降、装定窗口明显减小但是均匀性增大;对于发射线圈及接收线圈传输相同的系统,在发射线圈调节的角度半径a/2等于接收线圈距离发射线圈中心的距离z时,即所产生的装定窗口最大及均匀度相对变化小。In view of the fact that the distance between the current non-traversing coil and the receiving coil is too long,it is difficult for the fuze to pick up the set signal in the ionization noise of the muzzle.In addition,the received signal will have the problem of signal inversion at the muzzle,causing the receive window to be split.Finally,the high-speed movement of the fuze makes the amplitude of the sensed signal vary greatly.Aiming at these problems,this paper first establishes the induction setting theory and simulates the movement path of the coil,and analyzes the magnetic field inhomogeneity in the induction window and the unequal envelope amplitude of the signal waveform.By using the new method to adjust the angle parameters,the changes of the system transmission performance and the setting window are adjusted to increase the uniformity change law.The theoretical simulation and experimental results show that,as the adjustment coil angle increases,the transmission performance of the system decreases,and the setting window decreases significantly but the uniformity increases.For a system where the transmitting coil and the receiving coil transmit the same amount,when the angle radius(α/2) adjusted by the transmitting coil is equal to the distance between the receiving coil and the center of the transmitting coil(z),the setting window is the largest and the relative uniformity change is small.
