摘  要:油橄榄产业需要耐寒新品种,常规杂交育种周期长,育种目标可达性低下。为此,总结油橄榄及其相关领域研究成果,结合育种科研实践,构建油橄榄耐寒杂交育种技术体系,包括种质资源收集、DNA指纹图谱、人工授粉、杂交种胚挽救、组培扩繁、温室早期评价6项技术。总之,体系化杂交育种有望选育出耐寒性能优良的油橄榄新品种。The Olive industry needs new varieties with cold resistant,tolerance,conventional cross breeding has a long cycle and low accessibility of breeding objectives.Therefore,we summarized the research achievements in Olive and its related fields.Combined with the breeding scientific research practice,and a cold resistant hybrid breeding technology system was constructed for Olive,which including six technologies,of germplasm resource collection,DNA fingerprint,hand-pollination,hybrid embryo rescue,tissue culture and expansion,and early greenhouse evaluation.In a word,systematic cross breeding is expected to breed new Olive varieties with excellent cold tolerance.
