白水江保护区家犬病毒威胁大熊猫的风险

摘　　要：家犬携带病毒会传染大熊猫等野生动物,甚至造成死亡。全面调查白水江保护区核心区毗邻的18个行政村2226户居民家犬饲养情况,采集血样,利用以色列产biogal三联抗体检测试剂检测家犬犬肝炎病毒、犬细小病毒、犬瘟热病毒抗体。结果表明,截止2020年8月,白水江保护区核心区毗邻行政村有433户饲养家犬641只,其中成年犬、护院犬、放养犬等传播病毒危险性较高的家犬分别为506、580、324只,未注射疫苗家犬620只;78份血样中犬肝炎病毒、犬细小病毒、犬瘟热病毒抗体阳性率分别为48.72%、85.90%、98.71%,说明调查区大多数家犬感染过3种病毒。总之,调查区家犬向核心区大熊猫等野生动物传播犬肝炎病毒、犬细小病毒、犬瘟热病毒的风险较大,甚至不能否定病毒已经传入部分野生动物种群。Domestic dogs carry the virus,which can infect wild animals such as giant pandas and even cause death.The breeding conditions of 2226 household dogs in 18 administrative villages adjacent to the core area of Baishuijiang Protected area were investigated.Blood samples were collected and antibodies to canine hepatitis virus,canine parvovirus and canine distemper virus were detected by biogal triple antibody detection reagent made in Israel.The results showed that as of August 2020,there were 641 domestic dogs raised by 433 households in the administrative village adjacent to the core area of Baishuijiang Reserve,among which 506,580 and 324 domestic dogs with high risk of virus transmission were adult dogs,nursing dogs and free range dogs,respectively,and 620 domestic dogs were not vaccinated.The positive rates of canine hepatitis virus,canine parvovirus and canine distemper virus antibodies in 78 blood samples were 48.72%,85.90%and 98.71%,respectively,indicating that most dogs in the investigation area had been infected with three kinds of viruses.In short,the risk of transmission of canine hepatitis virus,canine parvovirus and canine distemper virus from domestic dogs in the investigation area to wild animals such as giant pandas in the core area is greater,and it cannot even be denied that the virus has been introduced into some wild animal populations.
