秦州区林火阻隔系统工程建设的问题及对策

摘　　要：天水市秦州区林草湿地占国土面积38.61%,但林火阻隔系统工程建设相对滞后,林火蔓延风险较高。分析指出,秦州区重点林区林火阻隔系统工程建设面临的约束条件和困难,一是天然林区改造难度大;二是自然保护区受限制;三是对地表植被破坏大;四是适用树种少。提出四条对策,一是天然林区减少工程量,加强监控和巡护;二是充分利用自然阻隔带;三是工程阻隔带以改造林间道路为主;四是生物隔离带以当地难燃树种为主。总之,秦州区林火阻隔系统工程建设困难虽大,但势在必行,以确保全区生态安全。In Qinzhou District,Tianshui City,forest and grass wetland occupies 38.61%of the land area,but the construction of forest fire barrier system is relatively lagging behind,and the risk of forest fire spread is high.It is pointed out that the constraints and difficulties in the construction of forest fire barrier system in Qinzhou District are as follows:First,the reconstruction of natural forest area is difficult;Second,nature reserves are restricted;Third,the damage to the surface vegetation is great;Fourth,the suitable tree species are few.Four countermeasures are put forward,one is to reduce the amount of engineering in natural forest area,strengthen monitoring and patrol;Second,make full use of natural barrier bands;Third,the engineering barrier belt is mainly to transform the road between forests;Fourth,the biological isolation zone is dominated by local refractory tree species.In short,although the construction of forest fire barrier system in Qinzhou District is difficult,it is imperative to ensure the ecological safety of the whole area.
