摘 要:为了有效解决工程结构的渗漏问题,提高混凝土结构的耐久性和安全性,通过对采用复配新型无机纳米型防水剂(IP防水剂)和水性渗透型防水剂(WPI防水剂)的混凝土进行强度、抗碳化、抗盐冻、抗水渗透、早期抗裂和抗氯离子渗透试验研究,并对外涂WPI防水剂进行了实际吸水率模拟试验。试验结果表明:复配新型防水剂对混凝土抗压强度和抗折强度影响不大;混凝土碳化深度、盐冻单位面积剥落量、渗水高度、早期裂缝、氯离子迁移系数和电通量分别降低33%、42%、98%、78%、43%和30%;外涂WPI防水剂混凝土的吸水率降低62.9%,这表明复配新型防水剂能够共同作用而不排斥,解决了单个防水剂使用降低混凝土力学性能的问题,有效地提高了混凝土抗渗性和防腐蚀性。In order to effectively solve the leakage problem of engineering structures and improve the durability and safety of concrete structures,in this paper,the strength,the resistance of carbonization,salt-frost,water penetration,early cracking and chloride penetration with combined using new inorganic nano-waterproofing agent(IP waterproof agent)and water-based permeable waterproofing agent(WPI waterproof agent)were tested,and the actual water absorption simulation test was carried out by applying WPI waterproof agent.The results show that the combined use of new waterproofing agent has little effect on the compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete;the depth of concrete carbonation,the amount of spalling per unit area of salt freezing,the height of water seepage,the early cracks,chloride ions migration coefficient,and the electric flux are reduced by 33%,42%,98%,78%,43%and 30%,at the same time,and the water absorption of concrete coated with WPI waterproof agent is reduced by 63.3%,which show that the combined use of new waterproofing agents can work together without exclusion,solve the problem of using a single waterproof agent to reduce the mechanical properties of concrete,and effectively improve the impermeability and corrosion resistance of concrete.
