摘　　要：从实施效果、文本质量以及是否适应新情况新形势等三个方面对《广东省水利工程管理条例》(以下简称“《条例》”)进行后评估。评估认为《条例》在我省水利工程管理上发挥着不可或缺的作用,鉴于我省水利工程管理面临新的形势和要求,建议适时启动《条例》的修订程序,重点增强立法的适应性和可操作性,以进一步促进《条例》的完善和有效实施。This paper makes a post-evaluation of the Regulations on the Administration of Water Conservancy Projects in Guangdong Province(hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) from three aspects:implementation effect,text quality,and whether to adapt to the new situation and new situation.According to the assessment,the Regulation plays an indispensable role in the management of water conservancy projects in our province.In view of the new situation and requirements faced by the management of water conservancy projects in our province,it is suggested to start the revision process of the Regulation in due time,focusing on enhancing the adaptability and operability of legislation,so as to further promote the improvement and effective implementation of the Regulation.
