摘 要:分期建设是尾矿库溢洪道的建设特点之一,不同运行阶段溢洪道的水力特性差异较大。以某铀尾矿库分期建设溢洪道为研究对象,基于VOF方法、RNG k-ε紊流模型,采用Flow-3D软件对溢洪道初始设计方案、优化设计方案的水流流态、流速、消能率等进行了三维数值模拟。研究表明,初始设计方案下基建期溢洪道水流流态较平顺,溢洪道体型合理;但建成期溢洪道存在台阶段底坡偏陡、水面高出边墙等问题。优化后的建成期溢洪道水流流态较好,水流最大流速约17.31 m/s,消能率约78.53%,溢洪道体型较合理。研究成果可用于指导分期建设溢洪道工程设计。Phased construction is one of the characteristics of tailings pond spillway,and the hydraulic characteristics of the spillway vary greatly at different stages of operation.Based on the VOF method and RNG k-εturbulence model,the flow pattern,velocity and energy dissipation rate of the initial design scheme and optimization design scheme of the spillway were simulated by Flow-3D.The results show that the flow pattern during the infrastructure period is relatively smooth,the shape of the spillway is reasonable,while the spillway in the built-up stage has problems such as steep slope in the stepped section and the water surface line extends beyond the side walls.The flow pattern of the optimized spillway is good,the maximum flow velocity in the spillway is about 17.31 m/s and the energy dissipation rate is about 78.53%,the shape of the optimized spillway is reasonable.The research results can be used to guide the design of spillway under phased construction.
