糖尿病酮症酸中毒给予西医降糖与中医滋阴益气饮的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的糖尿病酮症酸中毒(diabetic ketoacidosis,DKA)给予西医降糖与中医滋阴益气饮的疗效观察。方法选取2021年1月—2022年7月聊城市中医医院收治的90例DKA患者,根据患者入院时间以及个人治疗意愿分为对照组(西医降糖方案治疗)、观察组(在对照组基础上另行中医滋阴益气饮治疗),各45例。比较分析两组患者治疗效果相关指标、中医证候积分、生化指标。结果治疗后,观察组血糖恢复正常时间、尿酮体消失时间、酸中毒纠正时间均早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,观察组pH、HCO_(3)^(-)、SOD、CAT、GSH-PX水平均高于对照组,β-HB水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者在西医降糖的基础上辅以中医滋阴益气饮有更好的症状缓解效果,可以在短时间内有效调节患者各项生化指标,缩短康复周期。Objective To observe the efficacy of western medicine glucose-lowering and Chinese medicine Ziyin Yiqi drink given in diabetic ketoacidosis(DKA).Methods From January 2021 to July 2022,90 patients with DKA who were admitted to Liaocheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into a control group(treated with western medicine hypoglycemic scheme)and an observation group(treated with Ziyin Yiqi Decoction of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group)according to their admission time and personal treatment willingness,with 45 cases in each group.Compare and analyze the treatment efficacy related indicators,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and biochemical indicators between the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the time for blood sugar to return to normal,the time for urine ketone body to disappear,and the time for acidosis correction in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,and the hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group,the TCM syndrome score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of pH,HCO_(3)^(-),SOD,CAT,GSH-PX in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,β-HB level was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diabetic ketoacidosis patients have a better symptom relief effect when supplemented with TCM Ziyin Yiqi Drink on the basis of glucose-lowering in Western medicine,which can effectively regulate the biochemical indexes of patients in a short period of time and shorten the recovery period.
