摘　　要：目的研究糖尿病患者在采取益气养阴中药治疗时的作用。方法选取2020年2月—2022年2月荣成市人民医院收治的65例糖尿病患者,随机分为观察组(33例)和对照组(32例)。对照组采取拜糖平治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采取益气养阴中药治疗。比较两组疗效、不良反应、血糖水平以及生活质量。结果观察组疗效高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者在采取益气养阴中药治疗时疗效显著,同时也能降低血糖水平,用药安全性较高,有应用价值。Objective To study the role of diabetic patients in taking Yi Qi and Yin Chinese medicine treatment.Methods 65 patients with diabetes admitted to Rongcheng People's Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were randomly divided into the observation group(33 cases)and the control group(32 cases).The control group received treatment with Baitangping,while the observation group received treatment with traditional Chinese medicine for tonifying qi and nourishing yin on the basis of the control group.Compared the efficacy,adverse reactions,blood glucose levels,and quality of life between the two groups.Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diabetic patients have significant efficacy when taking Yi Qi and Yin Chinese medicine treatment,and also can reduce blood glucose level,with high safety of medication,which has application value.
