胰岛素或磺脲类药物联合二甲双胍治疗初发2型糖尿病的效果评价

摘　　要：目的分析胰岛素或磺脲类药物联合二甲双胍治疗初发2型糖尿病的效果。方法选取2020年9月—2022年7月山东颐养健康集团滕南医院收治的80例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,每组40例,观察组采用胰岛素+二甲双胍治疗,对照组采用磺脲类药物+二甲双胍治疗。比较两组疗效。结果治疗前,两组血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组胰岛素指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组HOMAIR低于对照组,HOMA-β、FIN高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素或磺脲类药物分别与二甲双胍联合使用,前者对初发2型糖尿病有着更好的治疗效果,对血糖及胰岛素功能的改善情况更为理想,可有效减少并发症,值得推荐。Objective To analyze the effect of insulin or sulfonylureas combined with Metformin in the treatment of primary type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 80 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to Tengnan Hospital of Shandong Yiyang Health Group from September 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table,40 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with insulin+Metformin,and the control group was treated with sulfonylurea drugs+Metformin.Compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the blood glucose level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in insulin indicators between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,HOMA-IR in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,HOMA-β,FIN was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of insulin or sulfonylurea with Metformin,respectively,the former has a better therapeutic effect on primary type 2 diabetes,and the improvement of blood glucose and insulin function is more satisfactory,which can effectively reduce complications and is recommended.
