弹力带抗阻运动与健康教练技术联用对妊娠糖尿病患者血糖及心理弹性水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探究分析妊娠糖尿病患者联合应用弹力带抗阻运动、健康教练技术干预取得的效果。方法选取2021年3月—2022年3月福建省立医院南院收治的70例妊娠糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其均匀划分对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35),前者施以常规护理,后者联合应用弹力带抗阻运动、健康教练技术,对比两组患者效果分析。结果干预后,观察组血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。采取护理措施后,观察组心理弹性水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠糖尿病患者于护理期间联合应用弹力带抗阻运动、健康教练技术有利于改善患者心理状态以及护理满意度,在控制血糖水平方面具有关键性作用。Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of combined application of elastic band resistance exercise and health coaching technique intervention in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 70 patients with gestational diabetes admitted to the South Hospital of Fujian Provincial Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected.A random number table was used to evenly divide them into a control group(n=35)and an observation group(n=35),with the former applying conventional care and the latter applying elastic band resistance exercise and health coaching techniques in combination to compare the effects of the two groups.Results After the intervention,the blood glucose level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of psychological resilience of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after the nursing measures,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of elastic band resistance exercise and health coaching techniques during the nursing care of gestational diabetic patients is beneficial to improve patients'psychological status and nursing satisfaction,and has a key role in controlling blood glucose level.
