早期护理对妊娠期糖尿病母儿围生期并发症的影响研究

摘　　要：目的施行早期护理对于妊娠期糖尿病患者母儿围生期并发症的效果进行评价。方法选取2021年6月—2022年6月在中国融通医疗健康集团莆田九十五医院就诊的76例妊娠糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,每组38例,对照组施行常规护理,观察组施行早期护理,将两组围生期护理质量进行比较。结果观察组妊娠期糖尿病患者并发症发生率(2.63%)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿并发症发生率(2.63%)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理干预后,观察组空腹血糖(5.76±0.65)mmol/L、餐后2小时血糖(6.60±1.17)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白(6.56±1.17)%以及最大血糖波动幅度(4.05±1.17)mmol/L低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度(97.37%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期护理对于降低妊娠期糖尿病母儿围生期并发症具有突出效果,还可以改善临床护理满意度,值得予以推广。Objective To evaluate the effect of early care on perinatal complications of mothers and children in gestational diabetes mellitus patients.Methods Seventy-six patients with gestational diabetes mellitus attending China Rongtong Medical Health Group Putian Ninety-Five Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as research subjects and divided into two groups of 38 patients each using the random number table method.The control group was given conventional care and the observation group was given early care,and the quality of perinatal care for mothers and children in the two groups was compared.Results The complication rate of gestational diabetes patients in the observation group(2.63%)was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal complications in the observation group(2.63%)was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,fasting blood glucose(5.76±0.65)mmol/L,2-hour postprandial blood glucose(6.60±1.17)mmol/L,glycosylated hemoglobin(6.56±1.17)%and maximum blood glucose fluctuation(4.05±1.17)mmol/L in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(97.37%)was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early care has outstanding effects on reducing perinatal complications in mothers and children with gestational diabetes and also improves clinical care satisfaction,which is worth to be promoted.
