胰岛素血糖控制联合中医按摩保健对老年糖尿病患者的临床干预效果

摘　　要：目的探讨针对老年糖尿病患者应用中医按摩保健联合胰岛素血糖控制的干预效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年6月福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院收治的110例老年糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用抽签方式分为两组,给予对照组(n=55)常规干预措施,给予研究组(n=55)中医按摩保健联合胰岛素血糖控制。观察比较两组患者接受干预前后的血糖指标、血脂指标以及生活质量水平。结果干预后,研究组FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、躯体评分、生理评分、心理评分、社会评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将中医按摩保健联合胰岛素血糖控制应用于老年糖尿病患者中,可以改善患者的血糖、血脂以及生活质量等多方面情况,应用效果良好。Objective To explore the intervention effect of Chinese medicine massage health care combined with insulin and blood glucose control on elderly patients with diabetes.Methods From January 2021 to June 2022,110 elderly patients with diabetes admitted in the Second People's Hospital affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as research objects.They were divided into two groups by drawing lots.The control group(n=55)was given routine intervention measures,and the study group(n=55)was given TCM massage health care combined with insulin glucose control.Observed and compared the blood glucose,lipid,and quality of life levels of two groups of patients before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,physical score,physiological score,psychological score,and social score of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM massage and health care combined with insulin glucose control in elderly diabetic patients can improve various aspects of patients'blood glucose,blood lipids and quality of life,and the application effect is good.
