安尔碘Ⅲ型皮肤消毒液纱块对糖尿病足的临床效果及应用前景分析

摘　　要：目的探讨分析安尔碘Ⅲ型皮肤消毒液纱块对糖尿病足患者的治疗效果及应用前景。方法选取2020年6月—2022年2月新兴县人民医院收治的60例糖尿病足患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组30例和观察组30例。观察组使用安尔碘Ⅲ型皮肤消毒液纱块清创消毒后用无菌纱布换药治疗,对照组使用传统清创消毒法治疗。比较两组患者疗效、创面愈合时间、愈合率与伤口感染率等,对比两组患者足背动脉血流动力学指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率与创面愈合率高于对照组,创面愈合时间与伤口感染率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血管内径数据、血流流速数据、搏动指数均高于对照组,而阻力指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病足患者给予安尔碘Ⅲ型皮肤消毒液纱块的治疗效果较好,明显优于传统消毒清创方法,可以有效提高伤口愈合率,降低创面愈合时间与感染率,并且改善患者的血管内径、血流流速、搏动指数等指标。Objective To explore and analyze the therapeutic effect of Aner iodine type III skin disinfectant gauze block on diabetic foot patients,and the application prospect.Methods A total of 60 patients with Diabetic foot admitted to the People's Hospital of Xinxing County from June 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group of 30 cases and the observation group of 30 cases according to different treatment methods.The observation group was treated with sterile gauze change after gauze debridement and disinfection with Aner iodineⅢskin disinfection solution,while the control group was treated with traditional debridement and disinfection method.The efficacy,wound healing time,healing rate and wound infection rate of the two groups were compared,and the hemodynamic indexes of the dorsalis pedis artery of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate and wound healing rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the wound healing time and wound infection rate were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had higher blood vessel diameter data,blood flow velocity data,and pulsatile index than the control group,while the resistance index was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of diabetic foot patients given Aner iodine typeⅢskin disinfectant gauze is better and significantly better than the traditional disinfection debridement method,which can effectively improve the wound healing rate and reduce the wound healing time and infection rate.It also improves the patient's vascular internal diameter,blood flow rate,beating index and other indexes.
