摘　　要：目的探讨葛根芩连汤在糖尿病患者中的治疗效果及对证候积分和胰岛功能的影响。方法选取2021年3月—2022年6月苏州市中西医结合医院诊治的糖尿病患者68例为研究对象,依据随机抽签法分为两组,各34例。对照组给予基础干预+二甲双胍治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合葛根芩连汤治疗。对比两组治疗效果、中医证候积分、糖脂代谢及胰岛功能改善情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为91.18%,高于对照组的64.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组口渴多饮、多食善饥、小便频数、疲乏无力的中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组HbA1c、FPG、2 hPG、TC水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组胰岛功能改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者给予葛根芩连汤治疗效果显著,可改善患者临床中医证候积分、糖脂代谢及胰岛功能。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Pueraria Mirifica and Scutellaria Decoction in diabetic patients and its effect on the evidence score and pancreatic islet function.Methods From March 2021 to June 2022,68 patients with diabetes diagnosed and treated in Suzhou Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the method of random drawing,they were divided into two groups,34 patients in each group.The control group was given basic intervention+Metformin treatment,and the study group was treated on the basis of the control group with Gegen Qinlian Decoction.Compared the treatment effects,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,glucose and lipid metabolism,and improvement of pancreatic islet function between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 91.18%,which was higher than the control group's 64.71%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the study group showed lower scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes such as thirst,excessive drinking,frequent eating,and hunger alleviation,as well as fatigue and weakness compared to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of HbA1c,FPG,2 hPG,and TC in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of pancreatic islet function in the study group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of diabetic patients with Pueraria Mirifica and Scutellaria Decoction is effective and can improve the clinical TCM syndrome score,glucolipid metabolism and pancreatic islet function of patients.
