沙格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨沙格列汀、二甲双胍联合治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法选取2020年10月—2022年10月北京市社会福利医院收治的94例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象随机分为两组,观察组47例,应用沙格列汀+二甲双胍治疗;对照组47例,应用二甲双胍治疗。比较两组治疗效果,对比治疗前后血糖、血脂、胰岛功能水平、炎性反应等指标,并评价不良反应。结果观察组总有效率(97.87%)高于对照组(85.11%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白,总胆固醇,HOMA-IR、HOMA-β优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组炎性指标C反应蛋白(11.64±2.33)mg/L、白细胞介素-6(2.22±0.35)ng/L均低于对照组[(15.42±3.22)mg/L、(3.14±0.35)ng/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(8.51%)与对照组相比(4.26%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论联用沙格列汀、二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病有利于血糖、血脂水平和胰岛功能的改善,且不增加不良反应,效果确切。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of saxagliptin and metformin combination in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Ninety-four patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Beijing Social Welfare Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into two groups,47 cases in the observation group,applying saxagliptin+metformin treatment.In the control group,47 cases were treated with metformin.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared,and the indexes of blood glucose,blood lipids,pancreatic function level and inflammatory response were compared before and after treatment,and adverse reactions were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(97.87%)was higher than that of the control group(85.11%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,fasting glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,total cholesterol,HOMA-IR,HOMA-βin the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The inflammatory indexes C-reactive protein(11.64±2.33)mg/L and interleukin-6(2.22±0.35)ng/L in the observation group were lower than those in the control group[(15.42±3.22)mg/L,(3.14±0.35)ng/L],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(8.51%)compared with the control group(4.26%)(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of saxagliptin and metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus is beneficial to the improvement of blood glucose,lipid levels and islet function without increasing adverse reactions,with definite effects.
