中药穴位贴敷疗法联合津力达颗粒对气阴两虚型糖尿病的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析气阴两虚型糖尿病患者应用中药穴位贴敷疗法联合津力达颗粒治疗的效果。方法选取2022年1—12月吉林省珲春市中医医院内分泌科收治的80例糖尿病(气阴两虚型)患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组40例予以津力达颗粒治疗,治疗组40例给予中药穴位贴敷疗法联合津力达颗粒治疗,对比两组患者疗效、血糖变化与中医证候评分情况。结果治疗前两组HbA1c、FPG、2 hPG水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组HbA1c、FPG、2 hPG水平均明显低于治疗前,且治疗组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组心悸失眠、气短懒言、多食易饥、口渴喜饮、乏力倦怠、口燥咽干等证候评分均明显低于治疗前,且治疗组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于糖尿病(气阴两虚型)患者在津力达颗粒治疗基础上,联合中药穴位贴敷疗法,有利于帮助患者控制血糖水平,改善患者临床症状,提高治疗效果。Objective To analyze the effect of applying traditional Chinese medicine acupressure therapy combined with Jinlida granules in diabetic patients with Qi and Yin deficiency.Methods From January to December 2022,80 patients with diabetes(deficiency of both qi and yin)who were admitted to the Endocrinology Department of Hunchun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jilin Province were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with Jinlida granules,and the treatment group was treated with acupoint application therapy of Chinese medicine combined with Jinlida granules.The efficacy,blood glucose changes and TCM syndrome scores of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in HbA1c,FPG,and 2 hPG levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);After treatment,the levels of HbA1c,FPG,and 2 hPG in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of symptoms such as palpitations,insomnia,shortness of breath and lazy speech,overeating and easy hunger,thirst and liking to drink,fatigue and fatigue,dry mouth and throat in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statis tically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with diabetes mellitus(qi-yin two deficiency type)on the basis of Jinlida granules treatment,combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture point application therapy,is conducive to helping patients control blood glucose level,improve patients'clinical symptoms,improve the therapeutic effect.
