多学科联动护理干预对糖尿病并肛周脓肿患者术后血糖水平及并发症的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探究在糖尿病并肛周脓肿患者中运用多学科联动护理干预的效果及对患者术后血糖水平、并发症率的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2022年4月福建省立医院收治的开展手术治疗的糖尿病并肛周脓肿患者58例为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组29例。对照组采纳常规护理,观察组采纳多学科联动护理干预,对比两组血糖指标水平、并发症发生率、不良心理。结果护理后,观察组血糖水平较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组不良心理评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组不良心理评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病并肛周脓肿患者运用多学科联动护理干预,对降低血糖水平、减少并发症有积极作用,效果显著。Objective To investigate the effect of using multidisciplinary linkage nursing interventions in patients with diabetes mellitus combined with perianal abscess and the effect on postoperative blood glucose level and complication rate of patients.Methods Fifty-eight patients with diabetes mellitus and perianal abscess undergoing surgical treatment in Fujian Provincial Hospital from January 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into two groups,with 29 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received multidisciplinary linkage nursing intervention,and compared the blood glucose index level,complication rate and adverse psychology of the two groups.Results After nursing,the blood glucose level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in adverse psychological scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the adverse psychological score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with diabetes mellitus and perianal abscess,the application of multi-disciplinary linkage nursing intervention has a positive effect on reducing blood sugar level and reducing complications.
