摘　　要：《知识产权强国建设纲要(2021-2035年)》指出:建设中国特色、世界水平的知识产权强国,对于提升国家核心竞争力,扩大高水平对外开放,实现更高质量、更有效率、更加公平、更可持续、更为安全的发展,满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要,具有重要意义。我国要想尽快实现建立知识产权强国的目标,就要以构建完善的知识产权法律体系为先导,努力构建一个门类齐全、结构严密、内外协调的法律体系,使知识产权保护与科技进步、经济社会发展的需求保持一致。The "Outline for Building a Strong Intellectual Property Nation(2021-2035)" points out the significant importance of constructing a distinctive and globally advanced intellectual property power for enhancing the nation's core competitiveness,expanding the high level of opening to the outside world,achieving higher quality,greater efficiency,fairness,sustainability,and security in development,and meeting people's growing needs of a good life.In order to achieve the goal of establishing intellectual property power,it is imperative to take the lead in building a well-structured legal framework for intellectual property and strive for a comprehensive,well-organized and harmonious legal system that aligns intellectual property protection with the demands of scientific and technological progress,economic and social development.
