摘 要:废水处理是企业发展面临的难题之一。草甘膦是使用最广泛的灭生性除草剂,因其生产废水量大、含盐高、甲醛浓度高、毒性大,其废水无害化处理难度大、成本高。介绍分析了甲醛废水处理技术,重点阐述了通过精馏工艺将草甘膦生产废水中甲醛回收精制的资源化技术,该技术绿色环保、高效节能,具有显著经济效益和社会效益,是一种值得进行行业推广的技术方案。Wastewater treatment is one of the challenges faced by enterprise development.Glyphosate is the most widely used herbicide.Due to the characteristics of large amount,high salt content,high formaldehyde concentration,and high toxicity of its production wastewater,the harmless treatment of the wastewater is difficult and costly.This article introduces and analyzes the treatment technology of formaldehyde wastewater,with a focus on the resource utilization technology of recovering and refining formaldehyde from glyphosate production wastewater through distillation process.This technology is green,environmentally friendly,efficient and energy-saving,with significant economic and social benefits,and is a technology solution worth promoting in the industry.
