摘  要:采用HPLC法建立检测30%肟菌酯·戊唑醇悬浮剂含量的方法。采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇水为流动相,使用ZORBAX SBC18色谱柱和PDA检测器,对试样中的戊唑醇和肟菌酯进行测定,外标法定量。该分析方法中戊唑醇和肟菌酯线性相关系数分别为0.9992和0.9999,变异系数分别为0.48%和0.50%,平均回收率分别为100.4%和100.3%。说明该方法具有操作简单、灵敏度高、快速准确等特点,是检测30%肟菌酯·戊唑醇悬浮剂含量的理想方法。To establish a method based on HPLC for the determination of trifloxystrobin·tebuconazole 30%SC.The separation and quantitative analysis of tebuconazole and trifloxystrobin in the sample were detected by a method of HPLC with the mixture of methanol and water as mobile phase.The ZORBAX SBC18 column and PDA detector were utilized.The external standard method was used for quantification.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of tebuconazole and trifloxystrobin were 0.9992 and 0.9999,the variation coefficients were 0.48%and 0.50%,the average recovery rates were 100.4%and 100.3%,respectively,which indicated that it should be an ideal method for the detection of trifloxystrobin·tebuconazole 30%SC with the characteristics of simple operation,high sensitivity,fast and accuracy.
