摘  要:方人定是岭南画派第二代画家群中的重要代表之一,他主张中国画改革,作为近现代人物画的开拓者,在艺术理论与绘画实践方面皆具有突出的成就。受战事影响,1932年方人定暂居广州,在国难当头之际潜心绘画,创作了一批以妇女、孩童为主的人物画,以“新国画”的方式回应战争,反映了其早期求新求变的探索。文章聚焦到这些画作所呈现出来的图像构建方式和情感取向,运用形式分析法和文献研究法探究画家如何通过题材突破、笔法创新、色彩变革等方法进行革新尝试,并结合时代背景与文化语境分析该时期的绘画语言及创作特点。Fang Rending is one of the important representatives of the second generation of painters of Lingnan Painting School.He advocates the reform of Chinese painting.As a pioneer of modern figure painting,he has outstanding achievements in both art theory and painting practice.Influenced by the war,Fang Rending decided to live in Guangzhou temporarily in 1932.At the time of national crisis,he devoted himself to painting and created several figure paintings focusing on women and children,which responded to the war in the way of"New Chinese Painting",reflecting his early exploration and attempt to seek innovation.This paper focuses on the image construction methods and emotional orientations presented in these paintings,and uses methods of formal analysis and literature research to explore how the painter attempted to innovate through ways such as theme breakthroughs,brushwork reform,and color changes.It also analyzes the painting language and creative characteristics of this period based on the historical background and cultural context.
