居民视角下的乡村公共空间景观优化策略研究——以岱岭乡乡村公共空间为例

摘　　要：为探索乡村公共空间景观居民使用者的实际需求,采用使用后评价方法,以温州市岱岭乡乡村公共空间景观为研究对象,从使用情况和满意度两个层面出发,利用行为观察法、问卷调查法获取数据,采用因子分析法、IPA分析法得出了岱岭乡乡村公共空间景观的优劣势。结果表明:①受访者中,女性略多于男性,中老年、老年是公共空间的主要使用群体。运动健身类活动属于低频活动类型;②总体满意度得分为3.56,表明居民基本满意。人工景观、配套设施、自然景观、场所文化、道路交通及管理维护是影响岱岭乡公共空间总体满意度的主要因素,其中居民建筑和道路铺装是制约岱岭乡乡村公共空间景观发展的短板;③景观小品多样性、景观小品特色性等8项评价因子需进行重点改进优化,水体景观观赏性、水质清洁度等4项评价因子将作为改进提升的次重点。根据使用后评价结果,针对岱岭乡乡村公共空间景观现存问题,提出了完善公共服务体系、优化公共空间环境品质以及丰富乡村公共生活和延续民族文化的优化策略。In order to explore the actual needs of residential users of rural public space landscapes and to propose targeted optimization strategies,post-use evaluation methods were used to study rural public space landscapes in Dailing Township,Wenzhou City,from two levels of usage and satisfaction.Behavioral observation and questionnaire survey methods were used to obtain data,and factor analysis and IPA analysis were used to derive the strengths and weaknesses of rural public space landscapes in Dailing Township.The results show that:①Among the respondents,there are slightly more women than men,and middle-aged and elderly people are the main user groups of public spaces.The sports and fitness category are a low frequency activity type;②The overall satisfaction score was 3.56,indicating that residents were basically satisfied.Artificial landscape,supporting facilities,natural landscape,place culture,road traffic and management and maintenance are the main factors affecting the overall satisfaction of public space in Dailing Township,among which residential buildings and road paving are the shortcomings restricting the development of rural public space in Dailing Township;③Eight evaluation factors,such as the diversity of landscape features and the distinctiveness of landscape features,need to be improved and optimized,while four evaluation factors,such as the ornamental nature of water bodies and the cleanliness of water,will be used as secondary priorities for improvement and enhancement.Based on the results of the post-use evaluation by the residents,in view of the existing problems of the public space landscape in Dailing Township,the optimization strategies of improving the public service system,optimizing the quality of the public space environment and enriching the public life of the countryside and perpetuating the ethnic culture should be proposed.
