摘 要:指出了山水环绕的自然基础是古代城市选址的重要特征,中国古代城市由于技术制约,城市的兴起与发展和水系格局营建有着密切的联系。以浙东沿海地区历史古城——台州府城为例,研究了从北宋至今的1000多年历史中,水系影响下古城水系统演变过程对城市古城选址、水城关系发展形成影响。城市水系统的消亡对城市而言存在生态与文化的双重破坏,并根据台州府城水系统营建智慧中体现的“依势营建,均衡布局”“引水穿城,导蓄兼顾”“调控为心,汇水兼农”可持续水网格局模式,从营造水文安全、生态持续、文化延续的人居环境的角度为未来城市建设提出了建议,以供参考。The natural foundation surrounded by mountains and rivers is an important feature of the site selection of ancient cities.Due to technical constraints,the rise and development of ancient Chinese cities were closely related to the construction of water system pattern.This paper takes Taizhou City,a historic ancient city in the coastal area of eastern Zhejiang,as an example.This paper mainly studies the influence of the evolution process of the ancient city water system under the influence of water system on the site selection of the ancient city and the development of water-city relationship in the history of more than 1000 years from the Northern Song Dynasty to now.The research believes that the extinction of urban water system will cause double damage to the city's ecology and culture.According to the sustainable water network pattern of"construction according to the situation and balanced layout","water diversion through the city,both guide and storage"and"regulation and control,water harvesting and agriculture"embodied in the construction wisdom of Taizhou municipal water system,this paper provides reference for future urban construction from the perspective of creating a safe,ecological and cultural living environment.
