基于“两山理论”的开远市林果产业发展路径初探

摘　　要：“两山理论”是生态环境和生态效益优劣的判断标准,为我国生态文明建设和可持续发展指明了方向。开远市由于其独特的地理因素和气候条件造就了林果种类多、质量高的特点,是实现开远市“绿水青山”转换的重要途径之一。立足于开远实际情况,采用数据分析、实地调查等方法对开远市林果产业发展存在的问题进行了深入探索和分析,结果发现“两山理论”视域下制约开远市林果产业发展的主要因素有:林果产业小、散、弱,产业链不完整,果实加工能力不足等,针对实际存在的问题,提出了“两山理论”视域下开远市林果产业发展路径主要有:发展特色高效生态林果产业集群,拓宽销售渠道、延伸产业链,推进林果业生产机械化进程。以此为开远市林果产业发展提供破局路径,为“两山理论”发展提供理论依据。The"Two Mountains Theory"is a criterion for judging the merits and demerits of ecological environment and ecological benefits.It points out the direction for China's ecological civilization construction and sustainable development,and provides theoretical guidance for the practice of transforming clear waters and mountains into gold and silver mountains.Due to its unique geographical factors and climatic conditions,Kaiyuan City has the characteristics of variety and high quality of forest fruit,which is one of the important ways to realize the transformation of"clear water and green mountains"in Kaiyuan City.Based on the actual situation of Kaiyuan,this paper uses data analysis,field investigation and other methods to deeply explore and analyze the problems existing in the development of forest fruit industry in Kaiyuan City,and finds that the main factors restricting the development of forest fruit industry in Kaiyuan City from the perspective of"two Mountains theory"are as follows:The forest fruit industry is small,scattered and weak;the industrial chain is incomplete,and the fruit processing capacity is insufficient.According to the actual problems,this paper puts forward the development path of the forest fruit industry in Kaiyuan City from the perspective of"two mountains"theory:developing the characteristic and efficient ecological forest fruit industry cluster,expanding the sales channels,extending the industrial chain,and promoting the production mechanization process of the forest fruit industry.This will provide a breaking path for the development of forest fruit industry in Kaiyuan City and a theoretical basis for the development of"Two Mountains theory".
