摘  要:网络时代记录的旅游信息丰富且有重要价值,以游客评价文本内容进行旅游分析成为热点,为探究旅游目的地形象提供了新思路。以济南市“天下第一泉风景区”为研究对象进行网络文本挖掘,分析了城市泉区旅游目的地的网络评价高频词、游客情感、语义网络和整体形象。结论为:①大明湖、趵突泉为主要形象感知点和观景热点;②游客情感中积极情绪最高,占比为75.74%,消极情绪受基础设施与服务影响大;③地点名词在语义网络中占核心,泉区初步形成自然和人文旅游吸引物为一体的整体旅游目的地形象。为此,提出了后续要完善基础设施与景区服务体系;丰富旅游资源,进一步将人文与自然资源有机结合;充分利用现代科技,赋能旅游者新体验。以期为各级政府与相关企业制定科学性的发展措施和营销策略提供决策参考。The tourism information recorded in the Internet era is abundant and of great value.Tourism analysis based on tourist evaluation text has become a hot topic,which also provides a new way to explore the image of tourism destination.Taking"the best spring in the world"in Jinan City as the research object,this paper conducts content analysis to analyze the high frequency words,tourist emotion,semantic network and overall image of the tourism destination in the urban spring district.The findings are as follows:①Daming Lake and Baotu Spring are the main image perception areas and hot spots;②The positive emotions of tourists were the highest,accounting for 75.74%,and negative emotions were greatly affected by infrastructure and services;③The noun of place is the core of the semantic network,and the overall tourism destination image of the spring area has initially formed a combination of natural and cultural tourism attractions.To this end,scenic spot should improve the infrastructure and scenic service system,enrich tourism resources,further organically combine humanity and natural resources,and make full use of modern science and technology to give tourists new experience.The results of the analysis can provide reference for governments at all levels and related enterprises to make scientific development measures and marketing strategies.
