摘 要:石墨化炉是石墨电极和锂电池负极材料不可缺少的工艺流程,其采用电能加热方式,供电在其生产过程中占据重要作用。首先,通过对比交流供电和直流供电的优缺点,给出了石墨化炉采用直流供电的原因;其次,研究了整流器结构设计方案需要注意的问题,并给出了整流元件的过电压、过电流及继电保护等方案;再次,分析了现状直流测量方法的优缺点,给出了适合石墨化炉直流测量的方案,同时分析了直流铝母线损耗大、温升高等问题,结合经济效益,给出了合理经济电流密度;最后,对石墨化直流供电的发展趋势提出了展望。Graphitization furnace is an indispensable process for graphite electrode and lithium battery anode materials.It uses electric energy heating and power supply plays an important role in the production process.Firstly,by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of AC power supply and DC power supply,the reasons for adopting DC power supply in graphitizing furnace are given.Secondly,the problems needing attention in the design of the rectifier structure are studied,and the schemes of overvoltage,overcurrent and relay protection of the rectifier element are given.Thirdly,the advantages and disadvantages of the current DC measurement method are analyzed,and the scheme suitable for the DC measurement of graphitizing furnace is given.At the same time,the problems of large loss and high temperature rise of the DC aluminum bus are analyzed.Combined with the economic benefits,the reasonable economic current density is given.Finally,the development trend of graphitized DC power supply is forecasted.
