摘　　要：海上石油生产装置不间断电源(Uninterruptible Power Supply,UPS)蓄电池在线监测系统的实践应用,提升了蓄电池的日常监护水平。论述了UPS电池在线监测系统功能,蓄电池的原理和保养,蓄电池电压、电流和温度的检测,蓄电池内阻的检测等关键技术,以及UPS电池在线监测系统设计和应用实践。通过系统数据的采集和分析能够提前发现蓄电池的问题,帮助生产现场消除蓄电池火灾的隐患,也同时提高了UPS系统的稳定性。Through the practical application of Uninterruptible Power Supply(UPS)battery online monitoring system in offshore oil production plant,the daily monitoring level of battery is improved.This paper discusses the functions of UPS battery online monitoring system,the principle and maintenance of battery,the detection of battery voltage,current and temperature,the detection of battery internal resistance and other key technologies,as well as the design and application practice of UPS battery online monitoring system.Through the collection and analysis of system data,the problem of battery can be found in advance,which can help eliminate the risk of battery fire at the production site,and improve the stability of UPS system at the same time.
