工业废弃地景观的更新设计探析

摘　　要：工业废弃地是重要的存量用地类型,长期保持现状容易对城市产生一定的消极影响,对它进行景观更新迫在眉睫。文章在厘清工业废弃地概念的基础上,以工业废弃地为研究对象,从经济、社会、生态、美学和科学技术五个方面探讨工业废弃地景观更新的潜力,探讨工业废弃地景观更新的方法,最后基于以上分析提出工业废弃地更新设计的发展方向和更新过程中应注意的问题。工业废弃地具有相应的景观更新价值,对工业废弃地景观进行更新,不仅减少了工业废弃地的数量,提高了城市土地资源的利用率,而且减少了工业废弃地带来的消极影响,改善了城市周边的环境。Industrial wasteland is an important type of stock land,and maintaining the status quo for a long time is likely to have a certain negative impact on the city,and it is urgent to renew its landscape.On the basis of clarifying the concept of industrial wasteland,this paper takes industrial wasteland as the research object.From the aspects of economic,social,ecological,aesthetic and scientific and technological,the paper explores the potential of industrial wasteland landscape renewal and the renewal method of it.Finally,based on the above analysis,it puts forward the future development direction of industrial wasteland renewal and the problems that should be paid attention to in the process of renewal.Industrial wasteland has corresponding landscape renewal value,through industrial wasteland landscape renewal,not only reduce the number of industrial wasteland,improve the utilization rate of urban land resources,but also reduce the negative impact of industrial wasteland and improve the surrounding environment of the city.
