摘 要:为提高CASS工艺污水处理厂的脱氮除磷效果,采用试验方式对循环周期、曝气时间、生产药剂投加量等不同条件下的控制措施进行优化,结果显示,随着循环周期的增加,污染物去除效果越好;随着曝气时间的延长,出水中氨氮的浓度逐渐降低,出水中总氮的浓度有所提升;乙酸钠的投加量越多,总氮去除效果越好;聚合氯化铝(PAC)的投加量越多,对总磷去除效果越明显。综合考虑处理效果和运行成本,8 h作为CASS工艺最佳循环周期,2 h作为CASS工艺最佳曝气时间,20.47 mg/L作为乙酸钠最佳投加量,选择29.47 mg/L作为聚合氯化铝(PAC)最佳投加量。In order to improve the nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency of CASS process sewage treatment plants,experimental methods were used to optimize control measures under different conditions such as cycle time,aeration time,and production agent dosage.The results showed that as the cycle period increased,the longer the contact time between sewage and microorganisms,the better the removal effect;As the aeration time prolongs,the concentration of ammonia nitrogen in the effluent gradually decreases,while the concentration of total nitrogen in the effluent increases;The more Sodium acetate is added,the better the total nitrogen removal effect is;The more Aluminium chlorohydrate(PAC)is added,the more obvious the removal effect of total phosphorus is.Considering the treatment effect and operation cost comprehensively,8 h is the best cycle time of CASS process,2 h is the best aeration time of CASS process,20.47 mg/L is the best dosage of Sodium acetate,and 29.47 mg/L is the best dosage of Aluminium chlorohydrate(PAC).
