摘  要:为提升混合动力汽车能源转换效率和燃油经济性,笔者设计了一种以车载温差发电器装置为主的热电转换装置。通过计算,笔者确定了该装置的热电效应、热电偶吸收热量和热电转换效率。根据计算结果,笔者采用质量守恒方程对冷端功能进行优化,确保快速降温以产生较大温度差异进行热电转换。测试结果表明,设计的热电转换装置具有良好的应用性能,可提高转换效率,转换结果在57%~72%之间,同时降低油耗,在7.30 km/L~7.35 km/L之间。In order to improve the energy conversion efficiency and fuel economy of hybrid electric vehicles,the author have designed a thermoelectric conversion device mainly consisting of an on-board thermoelectric generator.Through calculation,the author determined the Thermoelectric effect,the heat absorbed by the thermocouple and the thermoelectric conversion efficiency of the device.Based on the calculation results,the author uses the mass conservation equation to optimize the cold end function,ensuring rapid cooling to generate significant temperature differences for thermoelectric conversion.The test results show that the designed thermoelectric conversion device has good application performance and can improve conversion efficiency,with conversion results ranging from 57%to 72%,while reducing fuel consumption,ranging from 7.30 km/L to 7.35 km/L.
