模拟降水自然禀赋条件下土壤复配对羊柴抗逆生理的影响

摘  要:为研究复配土与模拟降水互作对羊柴抗逆生理的影响,以不同复配比的复配土(0%、25%、50%、75%)与不同模拟降水量(50%、75%、100%、125%)的灌水条件对羊柴进行配施,测定分析了羊柴的抗逆生理指标,并运用方差分析法和主成分分析法筛选出了最适宜羊柴生长的复配土与模拟降水的最佳配比条件。结果表明:复配土与模拟降水交互作用下,随复配土中黄绵土比例升高,羊柴POD、SOD、CAT活性呈现的变化趋势为先升高后降低,Pro、MDA含量和REC呈现的变化趋势为先降低后升高。随模拟降水量递增羊柴POD、SOD、CAT活性呈现的变化趋势为先升后降,Pro、MDA含量和REC呈先降后升变化。综上所述,处理组F25G75(复配土配比为25%,模拟降水量为75%)可以提升植物在逆境胁迫条件下的适应程度,维持植物正常的生长发育,提高羊柴的利用效率。In order to study the effects of compound soil and simulated precipitation interaction on the stress resistance physiology of Hedysarum mongdicum Turcz Var.,the compound soil with different compound ratios(0%,25%,50%and 75%)and different simulated precipitation(50%,75%,100%and 125%)were used to match the Hedysarum mongdicum Turcz Var.,and the physiological indicators of Hedysarum mongdicum Turcz Var.resistance were determined and analyzed.The analysis of variance and principal component analysis was used to screen out the most suitable compound soil for the growth of Hedysarum mongdicum Turcz Var.and the best ratio conditions for simulated precipitation.The results showed that the POD,SOD and CAT activities of Hedysarum mongdicum Turcz Var.increased first and then decreased with the increase of the proportion of loess soil in the compound soil under the interaction between compound soil and simulated precipitation.The content of Pro,MDA and REC showed a trend of decreasing first and then increasing.With the increase of simulated precipitation level,the activity of POD,SOD and CAT showed a trend of first rising and then falling.Pro,MDA content and REC changed first and then increased.In summary,processing group F25G75(compound soil ratio of 25%and simulated precipitation of 75%)can improve the adaptability of plants to adversity stress,maintain normal growth and development of plants,and improve the utilization efficiency of Hedysarum mongdicum Turcz Var.
