摘 要:随着城市建设发展,企业逐渐被社区包围,虽然大部分企业在污水处理过程中产生的恶臭污染物已经配套建设治理设施,但恶臭气体仍会受风向、风速影响,在下风向对居民区等敏感点产生影响。饮料生产属食品制造业,其在生产过程中产生的污水浓度高、水量大,在污水处理过程中产生的臭气对周边环境的影响较大。通过对日照某饮料公司在污水处理过程中恶臭污染物的产生区域及治理工艺进行分析,查找了存在的问题并对治理工艺升级改造,对污水处理站中产生恶臭污染物的区域进行全密封,将原有的恶臭污染物治理工艺由“UV光氧+碱喷淋”工艺改为二级“碱喷淋”处理。结果表明:在不改变污水处理工艺的情况下,可以显著改善恶臭污染物排放浓度,实现稳定达标排放,从而减轻对周边环境的影响,并提高污水处理效率,降低了吨水处理成本,提高了污水处理经济效益。通过以上措施,还可以提高工作人员的职业卫生条件,同时也降低了设施的漏电、爆炸及生产区域窒息、中毒等安全隐患风险。With the development of urban construction,enterprises are gradually surrounded by communities.Although the odorous pollutants generated in the sewage treatment process of enterprises have been equipped with treatment facilities,the odorous gas will be affected by wind direction and wind speed,and will still have an impact on sensitive points such as residential areas in the downwind direction.The sewage produced by beverage companies has a high concentration and large amount of water,and the odor generated in the sewage treatment process has a more obvious impact on the surrounding area.By analyzing the production areas and treatment processes of odor pollutants in the sewage treatment process of a certain beverage company in Rizhao,identifying existing problems and upgrading the treatment process,the areas where odor pollutants are generated in the sewage treatment station are fully sealed,and the original odor pollutant treatment process was changed from the"UV photooxidation+alkali spraying"process to the secondary"alkali spraying"treatment.The results show that without changing the sewage treatment process,the concentration of foul odor pollutants can be significantly improved,stable and standard discharge can be achieved,thereby reducing the impact on the surrounding environment,improving sewage treatment efficiency,reducing the cost of per ton of water treatment,and improving the economic benefits of sewage treatment.Through the above measures,the occupational health conditions of staff can also be improved,and the risks of safety hazards such as electric leakage,explosion,and suffocation and poisoning in production areas can be reduced.
