摘  要:某小型污水处理厂提标改造工程项目在原有3万m^(3)/d污水处理规模基础上对出水水质进行升级改造的工程项目。通过对该提标改造工程项目进行了充分的现场调研,并结合项目前期资料,确定了该项目水土流失防治责任范围、水土流失责任目标,预测了水土流失结果,从新建工程、道路工程、绿化防治区三个方面制定了水土保持措施,并进行了水土保持工程治理投资估算及防治效益分析。分析研究结果表明:该水土保持治理措施大约需投入173.07万元,方案实施后,项目区水保治理达标面积1.41 hm^(2),水土流失治理度达到99.3%;治理后每平方公里年平均土壤流失量达到190 t/(km^(2)·a);临时堆土渣土防护率达到99.4%;可恢复林草植被面积0.75 hm^(2),林草植被恢复率达到98.7%。项目建设造成的水土流失现状能够得到有效控制。The upgrading and reconstruction project of a small sewage treatment plant is an engineering project that upgrades the effluent quality on the basis of the original 30000 m^(3)/d sewage treatment scale.Through full field investigation of the project and combination with the preliminary data of the project,the scope of responsibility for water and soil loss prevention and control and the goal of responsibility for water and soil loss of the project are determined;the results of water and soil loss are predicted;the water and soil conservation measures are formulated from three aspects of new construction,road engineering and greening prevention and control area,and the investment estimation and control benefit analysis of water and soil conservation project are carried out.The analysis and research results show that the water and soil conservation control measures need to invest about 1.7307 million yuan.After the implementation of the plan,the water and soil conservation control standard area in the project area is 1.41 hm 2,and the water and soil loss control degree reach 99.3%;After treatment,the average annual soil loss per square kilometer will reach 190t/(km^(2)·a);The protection rate of temporary soil and residue reaches 99.4%;The recoverable forest and grass vegetation area is 0.75 hm^(2),and the recovery rate of forest and grass vegetation reaches 98.7%.The current situation of water and soil loss caused by the project construction can be effectively controlled.
