摘 要:为解决传统砖混房屋抗震和保温性能差的问题,基于装配式技术,提出一种面向低多层住宅的装配式喷射混凝土夹芯墙板结构体系。该墙板的两侧混凝土面层和暗柱共同形成连续箱形结构截面,暗柱与面层采用高流动性细石混凝土便于现场喷射施工。中间夹芯层采用具有保温隔热效果的泡沫混凝土块。通过三个墙体试件的拟静力试验,研究了不同高厚比和不同高宽比的墙板抗震性能。试验结果表明:三个试件均发生剪切破坏,高厚比大的试件初期刚度退化更慢,耗能能力较好;高宽比小的试件滞回曲线更加饱满,初始刚度更大,耗能能力更佳。采用中、美、欧混凝土结构规范中钢筋混凝土剪力墙斜截面抗剪承载力计算方法计算了该墙板的抗剪强度,与试验结果对比后发现,我国混凝土结构设计规范推荐公式的安全性和适用性更好。In order to solve the problem of poor seismic and thermal insulation performance for masonry buildings,a prefabricated shotcrete sandwich wall panel system for low-rise residential buildings was proposed based on the advantage of prefabricated technology.The concrete surface layers and concealed columns on both sides of wall panel form a continuous box-shaped structural element.The high-fluidity shotcrete which is beneficial for spraying the shotcrete in site was applied.The foamed concrete block was used as middle layer with the function of thermal insulation.The seismic behavior of such novel sandwich wall panels with different height-thickness ratio and different aspect ratio has been experimentally investigated by the pseudo static test of three sandwich wall panels.The test results show that all specimens are subjected to shear failure,and the initial stiffness degradation of specimen with large height-thickness ratio is relatively slower and presents better performance in energy dissipation.The specimen with small aspect ratio has much fuller hysteretic curve,the higher initial stiffness,and the better performance in energy dissipation.The design methods for reinforced concrete wall in Chinese,American and European codes were adopted to calculate the shear strength of this sandwich panel respectively.Compared with the test results,it is found that the recommended formula in Chinese code has better safety and applicability.
