钢筋桁架混凝土预制板的吊装及静力加载试验研究

摘  要:随着板厚为50mm的钢筋桁架混凝土预制板(简称桁架预制板)在工程中的应用越来越多,有必要对其在施工短暂设计状况下的力学性能进行深入研究。因此,设计了板厚分别为50mm和60mm的桁架预制板各一块,对其进行吊装及静力加载试验。试验及数值模拟结果表明:板厚对桁架预制板的刚度及挠度的影响是比较大的,60mm板厚桁架预制板的初始刚度及开裂荷载分别为50mm板厚桁架预制板的3.99倍及1.4倍;采用板带法计算桁架预制板的截面应力是适用的;50mm板厚的桁架预制板,采用6吊点吊装,一般不会开裂,底板长度小于3600mm时,可采用4吊点吊装;在后浇混凝土施工阶段,当板长大于3000mm时,50mm板厚的桁架预制板至少需要布置3道临时支撑;当板长不小于5100mm时,则至少需要布置4道临时支撑。With the increasing application of concrete precast slab with steel-bars truss(truss precast slab)and thickness of 50mm,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on its mechanical properties under construction transient design status.Therefore,truss precast slab with slab thickness of 50mm and 60mm were designed,and hoisting and static loading tests were carried out.The experimental and numerical simulation results reveal that the stiffness and deflection of truss precast slab are greatly affected by thickness of the slab,the initial stiffness and cracking load of truss precast slab with slab thickness of 60mm are 3.99 times and 1.4 times of that of truss precast slab with slab thickness of 50mm.It is applicable to calculate the cross-section stress of truss precast slab by strip coating method.Truss precast slab with slab thickness of 50mm can be hoisted by 6 hoisting points,which generally won’t crack.When the slab length is less than 3600mm,the slab can be hoisted by 4 hoisting points.In the post-cast concrete construction stage,when the slab length is larger than 3000mm,truss precast slab with slab thickness of 50mm shall be equipped with at least 3 temporary supports,and when the slab length is not less than 5100mm,at least 4 temporary supports shall be equipped.
