摘 要:通过对4组8个PE膜成型粗糙结合面试件和2组4个水洗露骨料粗糙结合面对比试件进行压剪试验,研究采用PE膜成型的粗糙面用于剪力墙水平结合面的抗剪性能。结果表明:采用PE膜技术进行处理的试件的破坏过程、破坏形态、开裂荷载和峰值荷载等与采用水洗露骨料进行处理的试件基本相同;试件结合面均发生剪切破坏;结合面抗剪承载力随着轴压比和配筋率的增大而提高;根据各国规范中关于结合面抗剪承载力计算公式所得承载力均小于试验承载力,具有一定的安全度;在已有公式的基础上结合试验数据,给出了PE膜成型粗糙结合面压剪承载力建议公式,建议公式计算结果与试验结果误差在10%以内,吻合较好。The compressive shear tests were carried out on four groups of eight specimens which were rough joint interfaces by PE film forming and two groups of four rough washed exposed material rough joint interfaces.This experiment was to study shear performance of the horizontal joint interfaces in the shear wall which was roughened by PE film was studied.The results show that the failure process,failure mode,cracking load and peak load of the specimens treated with PE film forming technology are basically the same as those treated with water exposed aggregate.Shear failure occurred on joint interfaces of specimens.The shear capacity of joint interfaces increases with the increase of axial compression ratio and reinforcement ratio.According to the calculation formula of shear capacity of joint interfaces in various countries’codes,the bearing capacity obtained is less than the test bearing capacity,and there is a certain degree of safety.Based on the experimental data,a suggested formula for the compressive shear capacity of rough joint interfaces of PE film forming was given.The error between the calculated results of the suggested formula and the experimental results was within 10%,which is in good agreement.
