摘 要:为了研究部分包覆钢-混凝土组合空腹梁(简称PEC空腹梁)不同构造的效果及优劣,对5根不同构造措施的PEC空腹梁进行四点弯曲试验,研究其破坏形态、承载能力、变形性能、型钢与混凝土应变、型钢翼缘与腹部混凝土之间的滑移量等指标。试验结果表明:静力荷载作用下,5根PEC空腹梁均具有良好的延性和变形能力;从承载力和位移延性系数等来看,π型桁架构造形式较优;蜂窝及空腹构造形式在截面变化处易出现应力集中,使型钢下翼缘发生断裂破坏;型钢、混凝土应变沿截面高度基本符合平截面假定;型钢翼缘与混凝土之间的滑移量不大,对受弯承载力计算的影响可忽略不计。按全截面塑性准则来计算PEC空腹梁的受弯承载力是可行的,理论值与试验值误差较小。In order to study the effect and advantages and disadvantages of open-web partially-encased composite beam(PEC open-web beam)with different structures,five PEC open-web beams with different structural measures were tested by four-point bending test,and indexes such as the failure mode,bearing capacity,deformation performance,strain of steel and concrete,the slip amount between the steel flange and the concrete on the abdomen were studied.The test results show that the five PEC open-web beams have good ductility and deformation capacity under static load.From the perspective of bearing capacity and displacement ductility coefficient,theπ-type truss structure is the best.The honeycomb and hollow structural measures are prone to stress concentration at the change of cross section,which makes the lower flange of steel fracture.The strain of steel and concrete basically conforms to the plane section assumption along the section height.The slip between the steel flange and the concrete is not large,and its influence on the calculation of the bending bearing capacity is negligible.It is feasible to calculate the flexural bearing capacity of PEC open-web beams according to the fullsection plasticity criterion,and the error between the theoretical value and the experimental value is small.
