摘 要:为研究泡沫混凝土密度和横向肋板个数对冷弯薄壁C型钢与泡沫混凝土之间界面抗剪性能的影响,制作了24个试件进行推出试验,其中泡沫混凝土的密度分别为800、1000、1200、1600kg/m^(3),并在型钢翼缘处设置横向肋板,横向肋板数量分别为0、1、2。观察试件破坏情况后得出结论,即在一定的范围内,界面抗剪强度随泡沫混凝土密度的增大而增大,超过一定范围后强度增长缓慢;界面抗剪强度随着横向肋板个数的增加而增加。根据试验得出的数据,统计归纳出特征抗剪强度计算公式,对比计算结果与试验结果,确认公式拟合程度良好,最后得出抗剪强度-滑移本构方程,为完善轻钢-泡沫混凝土组合结构的设计提供理论基础。In order to study the effect of the density of foamed concrete and the number of transverse rib plates on the shear properties of the interface between cold-formed thin-walled C-shaped steel and foamed concrete,24 specimens were made for the extrusion test.The densities of foamed concrete were 800,1000,1200 and 1600kg/m^(3),respectively,and transverse rib plates were set at the flange of the section steel.The number of transverse rib plates is 0,1 and 2 respectively.After observing the failure of the specimen,it is concluded that within a certain range,the interface shear strength increases with the increase of foamed concrete density,and increases slowly after exceeding a certain range.The interfacial shear strength increases with the number of transverse rib plates.According to the data obtained from the test,the calculation formula of characteristic shear strength was statistically summarized,and the calculation results were compared with the test results and it was confirmed that the fitting of the formula is good.Finally,the constitutive equation of shear strength and slip was obtained,which provides a basis for improving the design of light steel-foamed concrete composite structures.
