摘 要:为研究高强钢筋与混凝土粘结性能采用拉拔试验和梁式试验,制作了15根630MPa级高强钢筋中心拉拔试件和15根梁式试件,考虑锚固长度、钢筋直径两个影响因素,从破环形态、粘结强度、粘结滑移性能等方面进行了对比分析。结果表明:在相同条件下,拉拔试件破坏形态与梁式试件类似;粘结滑移曲线变化规律相近;高强钢筋与混凝土的平均粘结强度随锚固长度和钢筋直径的增大而减小;拉拔试验测得的粘结锚固强度要高于梁式试验测得的粘结锚固强度;梁式试验比拉拔试验在极限荷载时的滑移量小,梁式试件受力更符合实际受力情况,但梁式试件制作难度比较大;比较梁式试验和中心拉拔试验所得粘结强度,给出两种试件粘结强度的关系。To study the bond behavior between high-strength reforcement and concrete by using pull-out test method and beam test method respectively,15630MPa high-strength reforcement pull-out specimens and 15 beam specimens were fabricated.Considering two influence factors such as the anchorage length and reforcement diameter,the failure pattern,bond strength,bond-slip performance were compared and analyzed.The results show that under the same conditions,the failure pattern of pull-out specimens is similar to that of the beam specimens;the variation law of bond-slip curve is similar.The average bond strength between high-strength reinforcement and concrete decreases with the increase of anchorage length and reinforcement diameter.The bond-anchorage strength measured by pull-out test is higher than that measured by beam test.The beam test has less slip than the pull-out test under ultimate load,and the beam specimen’s stress is more in line with the actual stress state while more difficult to fabricate.By comparing the bond strength obtained from beam test and pull-out test,the relationship between the bond strength of two kinds of specimens is given.
