摘 要:随着中国高速列车产业的蓬勃发展,动车组智能化程度不断提升,列车网络控制系统作为动车组核心控制技术之一,是动车组的神经系统和指挥中枢,而其中MVB通信是达成总体技术和顶层技术指标要求的重要组成部分。动车组运用检修过程中,网络控制系统故障时有发生,网络故障诊断排查一直是难点和痛点。因无法确切查找出故障点,现有故障排查处置多以预防更换为主,无疑存在巨大浪费和安全隐患,因此开展网络故障排查方法研究非常必要。CRH3A型动车组车采用MVB通信来实现车辆的牵引、制动控制及监视功能,保障列车安全运行。本文研究CRH3A型动车组网络系统结构组成、MVB通信原理及故障诊断逻辑,结合现场典型故障排查,总结网络故障排查经验,梳理形成网络故障排查方法,以提高CRH3A型动车组网络故障排查效率。With the booming development of high-speed trains industry in China,EMU trains are becoming more and more intelligent.As one of the core control technologies of EMU trains,the train network control system is the nerve system and command center of EMU trains,especially the MVB communication is an important part to complete the overall technology and achieve the top-level technical index requirements.In the process of EMU trains operation and maintenance,network control system failure occurs from time to time,and network fault diagnosis and troubleshooting has been a challenging and costly difficulty.The existing troubleshooting disposal is mostly based on preventive replacement because it is difficult to find out the exact location of the fault,which undoubtedly has huge waste and safety risks,so it is necessary to carry out research on the network fault troubleshooting method.CRH3A EMUs use MVB communication to realize the traction,brake control and monitoring function of the vehicle,so as to ensure the safe operation of the train.This paper studies the network system structure composition,MVB communication principle and fault diagnosis logic of CRH3A EMUs,and summarizes the network fault troubleshooting experience by combining with typical field fault troubleshooting,and forms a network fault troubleshooting method to improve the network fault troubleshooting efficiency of CRH3A EMUs.
