摘  要:针对企业内检修轮对选配困难的现象,本文提出了一种基于轮对最优选配原则设计的轮对自动选配系统,运用Asp.Net+Ext.Net作为开发工具,采用SQL Server数据库技术,完成了检修轮对自动选配系统的开发,能实现基于过盈量等基础条件下车轴、车轮的最优选配。自动选配流程为首先在CAA系统录入车轮车轴检修后数据,然后使用车轮预分组、轮对自动选配模块完成选配。最优选配逻辑为首先将所属同一路局批量检修完成的车轮根据轮径值分组完成配台,然后选择车轴与完成分组的车轮,根据过盈量、静不平衡量等边界条件与之相配,一台轮对完成匹配后,依次进行下一台选配。此选配方法保证选配的轮对在满足压装曲线要求情况下过盈量最大。该系统投用后实现了轮对选配后过盈量的最优分布,提高了轮对压装效率和组装合格率。In view of the difficulty in selecting and matching wheel sets for maintenance in enterprises,the paper proposes an automatic wheelset selection and matching system based on the principle of optimal wheelset selection and matching.Using Asp.Net+Ext.Net as the development tool and SQL Server database technology,the development of the automatic selection and matching system is completed,which can realize the optimal selection and matching of axles and wheels on account of the basic conditions such as magnitude of interference.The automatic selection and matching process is to first enter the wheel and axle repair data in the CAA system,and then use the wheel pre-grouping and wheelset automatic selection and matching module to complete the selection and matching.The most optimal selection and matching logic is to first group the wheels that have undergone batch maintenance in the same railway bureau according to the wheel diameter value,and then select the axles to match the wheels that have completed the grouping based on boundary conditions such as magnitude of interference and static imbalance.After completing the matching of one wheel set,proceed to the next one in sequence.This method ensures that the selected and matched wheelset has the maximum magnitude of interference while satisfying the press-fit curve requirements.After the system is put into use,the optimal distribution of interference is realized,which improves the efficiency of wheelset press fitting and the assembly qualification rate.
